We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards

- Operate cash register and process payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service

- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Follow proper procedures for opening and closing the bar

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of TOAST POS system is a plus

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service

- Familiarity with the food industry, and beverage trends

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service

- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper hygiene practices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour
